No. Your quote is fixed before anyone arrives, and nothing is ever added without your written agreement. If a job turns out bigger than described, you’re asked first — in writing — before anything changes.
“What if I pay and the clean is poor?”
You pay when you book, so it matters that it's right. If it isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and put it right, free.
“Who’s actually coming into my home?”
Every cleaner is personally vetted and right-to-work checked, and we've seen each one, on video or in person, before their first booking.
“Will it be a different cleaner every time?”
No. You get the same cleaner at every visit. They learn your home; you know who’s at the door.
“What if something isn’t right?”
If it isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and put it right, free.
“What if something gets damaged?”
Your cleaner is self-employed and responsible for their own work. If anything is damaged, tell us the same day and we'll sort it out with you and the cleaner.

Yes. They're booked as a deep clean at the same £18 an hour. You supply the equipment and products, so if the property is already empty, leave a vacuum, mop and basic products there for the day.
